丹参川芎嗪联合降纤酶治疗进展性脑卒中的疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察丹参川芎嗪联合降纤酶治疗进展性脑卒中的临床疗效.方法 64例进展性脑卒中患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=32)在常规治疗基础上加用降纤酶治疗,观察组(n=32)在对照组治疗基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗.两组治疗后比较临床疗效及神经功能缺损评分等.结果 观察组治疗总有效率(87.5%)明显高于对照组(71.9%)(P<0.05);两组治疗后第7天、第14天神经功能缺损较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 丹参川芎嗪联合降纤酶治疗进展性脑卒中疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To observe the curative effect of radix salvia tetramethylpyrazine combined with defibrase in the treatment of progressive stroke. Methods 64 patients of progressing stroke were randomly divided into two groups,the control group( n =32 )was treated with defibrase on the basis of routine treatment, and the observation group( n =32 )was treated with salvia tetramethylpyrazine injection on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy and nervous function defect score in 2 groups after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group( 87. 5% )was significantly higher than that of control group( 71.9% )(P <0.05 );the neural function defect of two groups after treatment of 7th day, 14th day significantly improved than that of before treatment (P <0.05 ),and the observation group improved significantly than that of the control group( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The treatment of salvia tetramethylpyrazine combined with defibrase for progressive stroke has a good curative effect with little adverse reaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
