三维超声成像在胎儿畸形产前诊断中的应用

     

摘要

三维超声较二维超声具有准确、直观的特点,且能从冠状面、矢状面以及横断面对胎儿进行观察,故对胎儿表面结构的观察更加精细、准确.通过旋转三维超声平面的操作方法,选择理想的切面显示胎儿表面立体结构影像图,可进行胎儿畸形的诊断.现对畸形胎儿所表现出的三维超声影像特征予以描述,归纳三维超声在诊断胎儿畸形中的应用价值.%Compared to two-dimensional ultrasound( 2DUS ), three-dimensional ultrasound( 3DUS ), which can display three mutually perpendicular orthogonal planes, is more accurate and direct to image the surface of the fetus. Through adjusting the diagnostic instrument,we can get better images of the fetus and can diagnose whether the fetus is abnormal. Here is to describe the application of 3 DUS in the diagnosis of the fetal abnormality, illustrate its imaging characteristics, and summarize the importance of 3DUS in the diagnosis of the fetal abnormality.
