HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤对卵巢功能的影响研究

摘要

子宫肌瘤是育龄女性中的常见病、多发病,容易诊断,但需个体化治疗。高强度聚焦超声( HIFU)技术为子宫肌瘤的治疗提供了一种新选择。目前HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤的原理明确,临床应用也取得了一定的治疗效果及经验。但HIFU治疗是微无创的新技术,仍有许多问题存在。其中,HI-FU治疗子宫肌瘤对卵巢功能的影响就是一个研究的热点问题,尤其对有生育要求的子宫肌瘤患者更具有重要意义。该文就HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤对卵巢功能的影响研究进行综述。%Uterine fibroids are the most common tumors of the female reproductive tract. They are easy to diagnose,but require individualized trearment. High intensify focused ultrasound(HIFU)provides a new choice for the treatment of uterine fibroids. Currently, HIFU treatment has achieved a certain therapeutic effect and provided some experiences. However as a new technology of micro noninvasive,there are still many problems,one of them,the influence of HIFU on ovarian function is just a hot spot problem,and is of great significance to patients with fertility requirements. This article aims to review researches relevanted about the influence of HIFU on ovarian function during treating uterine fibroids in recent years.
