目前研究发现趋化因子CXCL12/趋化因子受体 CXCR4轴在肿瘤的侵袭转移过程中起着非常重要的作用。 CXCL12/CXCR4轴可通过促进肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导血管新生和增强肿瘤细胞侵袭转移能力等机制影响肿瘤的发生、发展。深入研究这个特殊的生物学轴,有助于为临床诊断恶性肿瘤的转移提供新的分子生物学依据,并可能成为预防肿瘤转移的一个分子靶点,最终达到降低肿瘤转移,改善患者远期预后的目的。%Recent studies showed that CXCL12/CXCR4 axis in tumor invasion and metastasis plays a very important role.CXCL12/CXCR4 axis can promote tumor cell proliferation ,induced angiogenesis,and enhanced tumor cells invasion and metastasis capabilities such mechanisms affect tumor occurrence and development.Depth study of this particular biological axis,it helps provide new molecular basis for the trans-fer of clinical diagnosis of malignancy .It is able to become a molecular target to provide for the prevention and treatment of tumor metastasis , and ultimately to reduce tumor metastasis , the purpose of improving the long-term prognosis of patients.
