128排门静脉成像对门静脉高压食管胃底静脉曲张诊断的临床意义

摘要

目的：探讨128排CT门静脉成像（ CTPV）在肝硬化门静脉高压患者中显示食管及胃底静脉曲张的价值。方法回顾性分析2010年6月至2013年9月芜湖市第一人民医院临床确诊为肝硬化的62例患者CTPV资料及胃镜检查结果，并进行对比分析。结果 CTPV显示食管及胃底静脉均曲张者17例，胃镜诊断17例；仅食管静脉曲张14例，胃镜诊断13例；仅胃底静脉曲张6例，胃镜诊断为4例。结论 CTPV对肝硬化门静脉高压患者食管胃底静脉曲张显示较好，与胃镜检查有良好的一致性，可为诊断、临床治疗及手术处理方式提供佐证。%Objective To explore the value of 128-slice CT portal venography(CTPV) in the diagnosis of esophageal and gastric varices in patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension .Methods CTPV results and gastroscopy results of 62 patients with cirrhosis were retrospectively and comparatively analyzed .Results CTPV results showed that 17 cases were patients with esophageal and gastric varices , same as the gastros-copy results.CTPV results showed 14 cases were patients with single esophageal varices,while gastroscopy results revealed 13 cases.CTPV results showed 6 cases were patients with gastric varices,while gastroscopy results revealed 4 cases.Conclusion CTPV has better indication of esophageal and gastric varices in patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension ,and it has good accordance with the gastroscopy examination , therefore,it can provide solid support for the diagnosis,clinical treatment and surgical methods.
