肾小管间质损伤尿液生物学标志物的研究进展

摘要

近年来，人们逐渐认识到肾小球疾病的发展和预后与肾小管间质损伤的程度密切相关，临床上判定肾小管间质损伤的金标准是肾病理检查，但其为创伤性检查，重症患者往往难以忍受。尿液生物学标志物可早期动态反映肾小管间质病变的活动和进展，因而受到越来越多的关注。该文详细介绍了与肾小管间质损伤相关的尿液生物学标志物，如蛋白质分子标志物、尿酶类生物学标志物等。%In recent years,people gradually realize that the development and prognosis of glomerular dis-eases are closely related with the degree of renal damage of tubulointerstitial .The gold standard of determi-ning renal tubulointerstitial injury is pathological detection,but it is traumatic,and it′s difficult for severe patients to tolerate.Urine biomarkers can reflect the early activity and progress of renal tubulointerstitial injury,and is drawing more and more attention.Here is to make a review of the biomarkers of renal tubuloint-erstitial injury,such as urine protein,enzyme biomarkers and so on.
