甲状腺球蛋白抗体与甲状腺乳头状癌相关性分析

摘要

甲状腺癌是一种常见的内分泌恶性肿瘤,我国甲状腺癌发病率逐年升高。甲状腺球蛋白抗体( TgAb)是自身免疫性甲状腺疾病患者血清中的一种常见的自身抗体,TgAb值增高常见于慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎,慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎易发展成甲状腺乳头状癌( PTC)。近几年很多学者做了大量研究认为TgAb可能成为PTC的相关预测因子,但这一观点仍存在争议。 TgAb对PTC的筛查和预后方面有重要意义。%Thyroid cancer is a common endocrine malignancy,and the incidence is increasing year by year in China. Thyroglobulin antibody( TgAb) is a common serum antibodys in patients with autoimmune thy-roid disease,and Hashimoto′s thyroiditis(HT) is often accompanied with increased TgAb,HT is prone to develop into papillary thyroid carcinoma( PTC) easily. Many scholars believe that TgAb may become a pre-dictor for PTC,which is still controversial. TgAb is meaningful for the screening and prognosis of PTC.
