肺癌并发肺结核患者化疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞相关指标变化及临床意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of the peripheral blood T lymphocytes relevant indicators before and after chemotherapy of patients with lung cancer complicated by tuberculosis.Methods Retrospective analysis on the clinical data of 60 patients with lung cancer complicated by pulmonary tuberculosis,who were admitted to the Qingdao Thoracic Hospital from Nov.2010 to Nov. 2013,was done.Etoposide combined with cisplatin was the regimen for the patients.Streptavidin-biotin pro-peroxidase-linked method( S-P) was used to compare the changes in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets before and after the chemotherapy.Results After chemotherapy CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +and CD4 +/CD8 +were significantly higher than before chemotherapy(P <0.05).After chemotherapy CD45RA +,CD45RA +absolute value,CD45 RO +absolute value and CD45 RA +/RO +were significantly higher than before chemo-therapy,but after chemotherapy CD45 RO + level was significantly lower than before chemotherapy ( P <0.05).Conclusion T lymphocyte-associated indicators of patients with lung cancer complicated with pul-monary tuberculosis are changed significantly after chemotherapy,which provides a reference basis for deter-mining the effect of chemotherapy.%目的：探讨肺癌并发肺结核患者化疗前后外周血 T淋巴细胞相关指标变化及临床意义。方法回顾性分析2010年11月至2013年11月青岛市胸科医院收治的60例肺癌并发肺结核患者的临床资料，化疗方案为足叶乙苷联合顺铂。采用链菌素亲生物素-过氧化物酶联法（S-P法）对患者化疗前后外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群的变化情况进行比较。结果化疗后 CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋及CD4＋／CD8＋水平均显著高于化疗前（P＜0.05）；化疗后 CD45RA ＋、CD45RA ＋绝对值、CD45RO ＋绝对值及CD45RA ＋／RO ＋水平均显著高于化疗前，但化疗后CD45RO ＋水平显著低于化疗前（P＜0.05）。结论肺癌并发肺结核患者化疗后T淋巴细胞相关指标均发生明显变化，从而为判定化疗效果提供了一定的参考依据。
