中药治疗白癜风的现代医学研究现状

摘要

白癜风是一种常见的获得性的以局部或全身皮肤黏膜色素脱失为特征的皮肤病，直接影响患者的容貌，进而影响患者生活质量。白癜风的发病机制不清，存在多种学说如黑素细胞自毁、自身免疫、遗传缺陷、氧化应激、微量元素失衡等，但最终结果是黑素细胞减少、缺失和功能抑制。所以，黑素细胞的损害在白癜风的病机中占重要地位。中药治疗白癜风有确切疗效。借助于其他学科，中药治疗白癜风已研究至分子机制。%Vitiligo is a common acquired skin disease with topical or systemic depigmentation .It impacts the patients′appearence,thereby affecting their life quality.The etiology and pathogenesis of vitiligo have not yet been fully elucidated.There are many theories such as melanocytes self-destruction,autoimmune,genetic defects,oxidative stress,microelements imbalance,etc.,but the end results are melanocytes number reduction, missing and function inhibition.Melanocyte damage plays an important role in the pathogenesis of vitiligo.Chi-nese medicine treatment of vitiligo has an affirmative effect.With the development of other subjects,the study of TCM treatment for vitiligo has reached the molecular level.
