姜黄素在皮肤外伤修复中的作用机制研究进展

摘要

Curcumin is a low molecule polyphenols extracted from turmeric ,which is an effective ingredi-ent of traditional Chinese medicine turmeric,with extensive pharmacological effects,including anti-inflamma-tory,antioxidant, anti-cancer, anti-mutagenic, anticoagulant, anti-infective effects and eliminating free radi-cals.Curcumin has been commonly used as traditional medicine in the treatment of rheumatism , diabetic ulcers,cough and sinusitis for centuries.Curcumin has also been proved to have significant wound healing properties.It acts on various stages of the natural wound healing process to accelerate the healing .%姜黄素是从姜黄中分离出来的一种相对分子质量较低的多酚类化合物，是姜黄属中药中的有效成分，药理作用广泛，具有显著抗炎、抗氧化、抗癌、抗突变、抗凝、抗感染和清除自由基的功效。其一直作为草药用于治疗多种疾病，如风湿病、糖尿病病足、咳嗽和鼻窦炎。姜黄素还被证明有显著地促进伤口愈合的特性。它可以作用于伤口愈合过程的不同阶段，从而加速愈合。
