宫腔镜在宫腔疾病所致女性不孕中的应用分析

s:Objective To explore the application value of hysteroscopy in uterine cavity disease caused female infertility.Methods A total of 260 cases of cavity disease caused female infertility from Shenzhen Hospital during Apr.2012 and Apr.2014 were included in the study,and they were divided into hysteroscopy group and the laparoscopic group by random number-table method,130 cases in each group.The hysteroscopy group received hysteroscopic operation, and the laparoscopic group received laparoscopic operation.The reproductive endocrine hormone level of the hysteroscopy group before and after operation was compared,and the clinical efficacy,the treatment time and pregnancy rate of patients of the two groups were compared. Results The reproductive hormone level of one month after the treatment of hysteroscopy operation had no statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the hysteroscopy group was 85.4%(111/130),significantly higher than 70.0% (91/130) of the laparoscopy group;the treatment time of the hysteroscopy group was (28.3 ±2.6) d,significantly shorter than (42.3 ±3.2) d of the laparoscopy group (P<0.05).They were followed up to November 2014,and the pregnancy rate of the hysteroscopy group was 43.8%,significantly higher than 30.0% of the laparoscopy group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with laparoscopic operation,hysteroscopy operation treatment has a better application effect for the female infertil-ity patients caused by cavity diseases,which does not affect ovarian function of the patients.%目的：探究宫腔镜在宫腔疾病所致女性不孕中的应用价值。方法选取2012年4月至2014年4月深圳市人民医院收治的因宫腔疾病所致女性不孕患者260例，采用随机数字表法分为宫腔镜组和腹腔镜组，各130例。宫腔镜组行宫腔镜手术治疗，腹腔镜组行腹腔镜手术治疗，比较宫腔镜手术前后的生殖内分泌激素水平，并对两组患者的临床疗效、治疗时间及妊娠率等进行比较。结果两组患者手术治疗后1个月的生殖内分泌激素水平与手术前相比，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；宫腔镜组患者的治疗总有效率为85.4％（111／130），显著高于腹腔镜组患者的70.0％（91／130）；宫腔镜组治疗时间为（28.3±2.6） d，显著短于腹腔镜组的（42.3±3.2） d（P＜0.05），且随访至2014年8月，宫腔镜组的妊娠率为43.8％，显著高于腹腔镜组患者的30.0％（ P＜0.05）。结论与腹腔镜手术相比，在宫腔疾病所致女性不孕患者中，采用宫腔镜手术治疗具有较好的应用效果，且宫腔镜手术不影响患者的卵巢功能。
