大剂量维生素C治疗化疗所致口腔溃疡的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the efficacy of high-dose of vitamin C on the treatment for oral ulcers caused by chemotherapy.Methods A total of 50 patients with oral ulcers caused by antineoplastic therapy treated in Xiaogan Central Hospital from Jun.2008 to Mar.2011 were selected,and randomly divided into vi-tamin C group and general care group,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in general care group were given routine care,and patients in vitamin C group were given routine care and vitamin C therapy .The curative effect 7 days after treatment and the adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared .Results After treatment,the total effective rates of vitamin C group on treating oral ulcers of grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ were higher than general care group ( P<0.05 ) .No severe adverse ractions happened to patients of both groups . Conclusion Application of high-dose of vitamin C within a short period can treat oral ulcers caused by chemotherapy,with remarkable effect,it is worth recommending for short-term application.%目的：探讨大剂量维生素C静脉滴注治疗肿瘤药物化疗所致口腔溃疡的效果。方法选择2008年6月至2011年3月在孝感市中心医院使用抗肿瘤药物治疗并导致口腔黏膜溃疡的患者50例为研究对象，采用分段随机化法将患者分为维生素C组和常规护理组，每组25例。常规护理组采用常规护理治疗，维生素C组采用维生素C＋常规护理治疗，7 d后观察两组患者的疗效，并比较不良反应的发生情况。结果维生素C组患者治疗后Ⅱ、Ⅲ度口腔黏膜溃疡的愈合情况优于常规护理组（ P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后均未发生严重的不良反应。结论短时间大剂量维生素 C 可治疗因使用抗肿瘤药物化疗所导致的口腔溃疡，且效果显著，推荐短期应用。
