保肝药效筛选方法及中药保肝的研究进展

摘要

Liver injury induced by liver disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clini-cal.Hepatoprotective activity model and liver safety model can screen the hepatoprotective activity and safety of medicine.There are a lot of studies about hepatoprotective activity model,mainly including chemical and immunologic,alcohol and drug-induced,and the mechanisms of liver injury are different,which are applicable to different therapeutic mechanisms of hepatoprotective drug screening .The liver safety model is mainly through the transplantation of exogenous human liver , replication of human chimeric mouse model to better simulate the operation of human liver.In recent years,many hepatoprotective herbal extracts and the com-pounds are being used widely.We can use different hepatoprotective activity models to screen different kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,to build an effective Chinese medicine hepatoprotective activity screening method.%肝损伤引发的肝脏疾病是临床的常见病、多发病。保肝活性模型和肝安全性模型可以对药物保肝活性及安全性进行筛选。保肝活性模型研究较多，主要归纳为化学性、免疫性、酒精性和药物性，肝损伤机制不同，可适用于筛选不同治疗机制的保肝药物。而肝安全性模型主要是通过移植外源人肝，复制人嵌合体小鼠模型，更好地模拟人肝脏的运作。近年来，保肝护肝中药提取物和复方研究很多，不同的中药有不同的保肝机制，可用不同的保肝活性模型进行筛选，为构建有效的保肝活性筛选方法及开发保肝作用的中药品种提供借鉴。
