摘要

微RNA(miR)-101可在转录后水平调节多种基因的表达,参与肺脏、心肌和肝脏的纤维化,并在肝细胞的增殖和迁移中起一定作用。 MiR-101与糖尿病及血管内皮细胞功能有一定相关性,妊娠糖尿病或高葡萄糖浓度下脐静脉内皮细胞中上调的miR-101可损害内皮细胞功能。 MiR-101还可下调ATP结合盒转运体参与脂代谢,并在非酒精性脂肪肝及动脉粥样硬化发病过程中发挥作用。%MiR-101 can regulate the expression of various genes through post-transcription,participate in the fibrosis of lung,myocardium and liver,and plays a role in the proliferation and migration of hepatocytes . In addition,miR-101 may have a certain correlation with diabetes and the function of endothelial cells .The upregulation of miR-101 with gestational diabetes mellitus or high glucose concentration in human umbilical vein endothelial cells impairs the function of endothelial cells .MiR-101 can deregulate the expression of adenosine triphosphate-binding membrane cassette transporter A1 involving in the lipid metabolism ,and play a role in the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease andatherosclerosis .
