他汀类药物非调脂作用在改善心肌梗死后心脏结构与功能方面的研究进展

摘要

Statins as hydroxymethyl glutaryl coenzyme A ( HMG-CoA) reductase inhibitors,are widely used in the treatment of hyperlipidemia and atherosclerotic plaque stabilization ,and are recommended medi-cation by acute myocardial infarction and acute cerebral infarction treatment guidelines .In addition to the above effects, recent studies have shown that statins have noncholesterol-lowering effects including anti-inflammatory,antioxidation,improving endothelial function and so on.Combined with its noncholesterol-low-ering effects,statins can reduce the cardiac remodeling after myocardial infarction,prevent the occurrence of atrial fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmias,improve heart function and prevent sudden cardiac death.%汀类药物作为羟甲基戊二酸单酰辅酶A还原酶抑制剂，在临床上被广泛应用于降脂及稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块，是急性心肌梗死和急性脑梗死治疗指南的推荐用药。除上述作用外，它还有非调脂性的保护作用，包括抗炎、抗氧化、改善内皮功能等。他汀类药物在降脂、稳定斑块的基础上，结合其非调脂性的保护机制，有助于减轻心肌梗死后心脏重构，降低心房颤动和室性心律失常的发生率，从而改善患者心功能，防止心源性猝死。
