儿童心力衰竭生物标志物的研究进展

摘要

儿童心力衰竭(心衰)是由多因素互相作用引起的一种复杂的临床综合征,因其临床特征不明显,为早期诊断带来一定的困难.特异的生物标志物能客观反映机体当前所处的病理状态,寻找和发现有价值的心衰标志物,已成为目前的研究热点.近年来,随着对心衰发生病理生理机制的研究日益完善,发现了伴随其病生过程产生的一系列生物标志物,对患儿的诊断、危险度分级、疗效的评价和预后提供一定的参考.%Heart failure in children is a complicated clinical syndrome caused by multiple causes interaction.The hidden clinical features make it difficult to make early diagnosis.Specific biomarkers can objectively reflect the pathological status of the organism,thus,seeking and discovering valuable biomarkers of heart failure has become the research hotspot.Recently,along with further study on pathophysiological mechanism for heart failure,a series of biomarkers have been found which provide reference to the diagnosis,risk classification,therapeutic effect evaluation and prognosis of children.
