乳腺癌的超声诊断及研究进展

         

摘要

乳腺癌是常见的女性恶性肿瘤,超声检查是诊断乳腺癌的主要影像学检查方法之一.二维超声和多普勒超声是鉴别乳腺癌与乳腺良性肿块最基本的方法,有较高的准确率,但其存在一定的局限性.随着现代影像技术的发展,在二维超声和多普勒超声的基础上,出现了超声弹性成像、超声造影、三维成像及介入性超声等新技术,这进一步提高了乳腺癌诊断的灵敏度,使超声检查在乳腺癌的早期诊断及治疗中发挥更重要的作用.%Breast cancer is a common female malignancy,and ultrasonography is one of the primary imaging diagnoses of breast cancer.The two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging are the most effective ways to identify the breast cancer and benign breast lumps,both of which have high accuracy,but some limitations as well. With the develop-ment of modern imaging technology,on the basis of two-dimensional ultrasound and Doppler ultrasound,new techniques such as ultrasonic elastic imaging, contrast-enhanced ultrasonography,three-dimensional imaging and interventional ultrasound have been developed,which further improves the sensitivity of breast cancer diagnosis, so that ultrasound can play a more important role in the early diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
