巨噬细胞在慢性阻塞性肺疾病发病机制中作用的研究进展

摘要

The global incidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is high,but the pathogenesis is not completely clear.The inflammation mechanism plays the leading role in the onset of the disease,which leads to the airway remodeling and emphysema,with different kinds of inflammatory cells involved in the formation of COPD.Recently,the role of macrophage in COPD has been explored,as reported,the macrophage plays the core role in COPD.There are plenty of studies on the macrophage role in the pathogenesis of COPD,such as the macrophage magnifying the inflammation reaction,the macrophage bringing down the ability of anti-inflammation,the macrophage clearance decrease,the macrophage promoting the oxidative stress and so on.The study of macrophage on COPD can help to find out the key point of the occurrence and development of the disease,providing important clues to the further research of cure and prevention of the development of the disease.%慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)全球发病率高,但发病机制尚不完全明确.炎症机制在该疾病的发生中起主导地位,炎症导致气道重塑和肺气肿的形成,各种炎性细胞在COPD中发挥不同作用,近年来巨噬细胞在COPD中的作用逐渐被发掘,目前已有大量试验证实巨噬细胞在COPD炎症机制的发生中起核心作用.巨噬细胞参与该疾病的相关机制研究较多,如巨噬细胞使炎症反应放大、巨噬细胞清除能力下降、巨噬细胞使抗炎能力下降、巨噬细胞促进氧化应激增强等多种作用.巨噬细胞在COPD发病机制的研究可帮助发现此疾病发生、发展的关键点,对下一步探寻治愈或阻止该病的发展方式提供重要线索.
