CD26/DPPⅣ与自身免疫性疾病相关性的研究进展

摘要

CD26/dipeptidyl peptidase (DPP)Ⅳ has a variety of substrates in bodies,performing a variety of important biological functions.Meanwhile CD26/DPPⅣ is also a cell membrane receptor and co-stimulation,involved in the body's immunity,tumor invasion,inflammation,cell apoptosis,signal transduction and other pathophysiological processes.Therefore,it is reasonable to presume that CD26/DPPⅣ directly or indirectly involves in the occurrence,development and prognosis of autoimmune diseases,which is an important study target,however,there are only few reports about the research in CD26/DPPⅣV and autoimmune diseases so far.%CD26/二肽基肽酶(DPP)Ⅳ在体内底物众多,执行多种重要的生物学功能;同时CD26/DPPⅣ还是一种细胞膜受体和共刺激分子,参与机体的免疫调节、肿瘤侵袭、炎症反应、细胞凋亡和信号转导等多种病理生理过程.因此,有理由推测CD26/DPPⅣ从多个方面直接或间接地参与自身免疫性疾病的发生、发展和治疗后的转归,是一重要的研究靶点.但截至目前,有关CD26/DPPⅣ与自身免疫性疾病关系的研究尚少.
