髌骨骨折治疗方法的利弊分析

摘要

髌骨在膝关节运动中起重要作用,而髌骨骨折是一种常见的骨折,大部分的髌骨骨折需通过手术来获得坚强的固定以便于膝关节的早期功能锻炼.但目前对髌骨骨折的治疗尚未形成统一标准,各种治疗髌骨骨折的方法都有一定局限性,在临床工作中可因选择了不适合的固定方式导致患者预后不良.因而,临床医师了解髌骨的解剖及力学特点、总结各种治疗方法的优点及不足、掌握每种方法的特点及适应证将有利于髌骨骨折的治疗,以改善患者的预后.%Patellar plays an important role in the knee joint movement,and patellar fracture is a common fracture,most of which are required to obtain strong fixation by surgical treatment for early functional exercise.However the treatment of patellar fracture still has no uniform standard,and all kinds of methods have some limitations,in the clinical patients may have a poor prognosis because of the unsuitable treatment methods.Therefore,clinicians should understand the characteristics of the anatomy and mechanics of patellar,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment methods,and grasp the characteristics of each method and indications,which will be good for the treatment of patellar fracture to improve the prognosis of the patients.
