RAAS基因多态性与原发性高血压的相关性研究进展

         

摘要

The essential hypertension(EH) and its associated cardiovascular disease have become one ot the main causes of death in humans.EH is a multi-factor disease,while the genetic susceptibility is an important reason,and some genetic mutation can cause the formation of EH.The genetic testing of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone-system (RAAS) has great significance for the screening,pathogenesis study and prevention of EH,and it will bring hope to the individualized treatment of EH.Because of the diversity of result based on the genetic heterogeneity,ethnic and regional differences,the gene research of RAAS has been complex and controversial.So the further study of RAAS gene polymorphism correlation with EH is imperative.%原发性高血压(EH)及相关心血管疾病已成为导致人类死亡的重要原因之一,EH是多因素疾病,而遗传基因的易患性是EH重要的危险因素,某些基因的突变可以促进EH的形成.肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)的基因检测对EH的筛选、发病机制的研究以及疾病的预防有着重大意义,同时又为临床个体化治疗带来希望,但是由于遗传异质性、种族和地域间的差异使得RAAS基因多态性的研究变得复杂且又富有争议,因此对于RAAS基因多态性与EH相关性的深入研究势在必行.
