砷在急性早幼粒细胞白血病和其他髓系肿瘤治疗中的应用进展

砷化合物的治疗潜力早已被公认,最近在现代医学中又被重新重视和应用.早期研究表明该化合物对复发的急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)患者有独特的疗效.而在20世纪90年代至今的20余年中,无论是单药或与其他药物联合应用,静脉注射三氧化二砷都已成功用于治疗APL患者.砷剂已成为其标准治疗方案中不可缺少的一部分,并在其他类型的髓系白血病中也有一定作用.近年来,更加便利的砷化合物口服制剂也不断被研发并进入临床研究.%The therapeutic potential of arsenic derivatives has long been recognized and was recently rediscovered in modern literature.Early studies have shown that this compound has unique efficacy in relapsed acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL).In the 20 years since 1990s,intravenous arsenic trioxide has been used successfully,either alone or combined with other drugs,in APL patients.Arsenic has become an indispensable part of the standard treatment,and also has a certain effect for other types of myeloid leukemia.Recently,more convenient arsenic compounds oral formulations have been developed,entering the clinical research stage.
