Objective To investigate clinical effect of cardinal-regulating liver-relieving depression method combined with acupuncture-moxibustion in treatment of hyperprolactinemia caused by antipsychotic drugs.Methods A total of 92 patients with hyperprolactinemia caused by antipsychotic drugs were selected in Tangshan Fifth Hospital from Dec.2012 to Dec.2014,and were divided into two groups by random number method,46 cases each group.The control group was treated with cardinal-regulating liver-relieving depression method,while the observation group was treated cardinal-regulating liver-relieving depression method combined with acupuncture-moxibustion.Estrogen level was detected before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Disease improvement,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinising hormone(LH),estradiol and progesterone increased in both groups after treatment(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment, prolactin decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.01).Prolactinin of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment[(43.9±9.1) nmol/L vs (64.3±5.6) nmol/L,P<0.01].FSH,LH,estradiol,progesteronein of the observation group were higher than those of the econtrol group after treatment[(8.7±2.0) U/L vs (6.5±1.3) U/L,(10.9±2.2) U/L vs (9.0±1.9) U/L,(212.7±27.5) pmol/L vs (173.8±18.9) pmol/L,(2.2±0.7) nmol/L vs (1.9±0.4) nmol/L,P<0.01].Menstrual time recovery rate,breast pain disappearance rate,menstruation increasing rate,milk discharge improvement rate,total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[89.1%(41/46) vs 69.6%(32/46),84.8%(39/46)vs 58.7%(27/46),80.4%(37/46) vs 60.9%(28/46),91.3%(42/46) vs 71.7%(33/46),95.7%(44/46) vs 78.3%(36/46),P<0.01].There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cardinal-regulating liver-relieving depression method combined with acupuncture-moxibustion have significant effect in treatment of hyperprolactinemia caused by antipsychotic drugs, which can significantly improve patient′s disease and effectively regulate estrogen level.%目的 探讨和枢机调肝解郁法联合针灸治疗抗精神病药物致高泌乳素血症的临床疗效.方法 选取2012年12月至2014年12月唐山市第五医院收治的抗精神病药物致高泌乳素血症患者92例,采用随机数字法分为两组,各46例.对照组采用和枢机调肝解郁法治疗,观察组采用和枢机调肝解郁法联合针灸治疗,于治疗前和治疗后3个月行雌激素水平检测,比较两组患者病症改善情况、临床疗效、不良反应情况.结果 两组患者治疗后泌乳素较治疗前降低(P<0.01),促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素、雌二醇、孕酮较治疗前增加(P<0.01).治疗后观察组患者泌乳素低于对照组[(43.9±9.1) nmol/L比(64.3±5.6) nmol/L,P<0.05],促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素、雌二醇、孕酮高于对照组[(8.7±2.0) U/L比(6.5±1.3) U/L、(10.9±2.2) U/L比(9.0±1.9) U/L、(212.7±27.5) pmol/L 比(173.8±18.9) pmol/L、(2.2±0.7) nmol/L比(1.9±0.4) nmol/L,P<0.01].观察组患者月经时间复常率、乳房胀痛消失率、月经量增加率、溢乳改善率、治疗总有效率显著高于对照组[89.1%(41/46)比69.6%(32/46)、84.8%(39/46)比58.7%(27/46)、80.4%(37/46)比60.9%(28/46)、91.3%(42/46)比71.7%(33/46)、95.7%(44/46)比78.3%(36/46),P<0.05].两组患者总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 和枢机调肝解郁法联合针灸治疗抗精神病药物致高泌乳素血症的疗效显著,可明显改善患者病症,有效调节机体雌激素水平.
