The association between cerebrovascular disease and sleep disorders is gaining more attention.Restless legs syndrome(RLS) is a common sensorimotor-related sleep disorder.Studies suggest that RLS is related with cerebrovascular risk factors,and growing evidences support possible association between RLS and cerebrovascular disease,but has yielded conflicting results.RLS may has important impact on the incidence,progression,and outcome of patients with cerebrovascular disease.The role of RLS treatment in the cerebrovascular disease prevention and functional rehabilitation is still lack of evidence.Here is to make a review of RLS and cerebrovascular disease related studies,so as to understand the correlation between the two and provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease.%脑血管疾病与睡眠障碍的关系近年来越来越受到重视.不宁腿综合征(RLS)是一种常见的感觉运动相关睡眠障碍.RLS与脑血管疾病有多种共同的危险因素,并有越来越多的证据支持两者相关,RLS增加脑血管疾病的发病风险,并可能影响脑血管疾病预后.但RLS治疗在脑血管疾病预防和功能康复上的作用尚缺乏循证医学证据.该文对RLS与脑血管疾病的相关研究进展进行综述,以了解两者的相互关系,为脑血管疾病的防治提供新思路.
