维生素D与糖尿病周围神经病变相关性的研究进展

摘要

近年来人们对维生素D的认识不再局限于参与了钙磷代谢,在多种慢性疾病(如心血管疾病、代谢性疾病、肿瘤等)中维生素D也发挥了重要作用.糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病的主要慢性并发症之一,近年来关于维生素D与DPN之间的相关性研究也逐渐增多.维生素D在糖代谢、氧化应激、神经营养、血管保护方面都发挥重要作用,从而在一定程度上能预防和延缓DPN的发生、发展.%Recently,it's realized that the role of vitamin D is not confined to calcium and phosphate homeostasis ,but also closely correlated with many chronic diseases ( cardiovascular diseases, metabolic disorders and tumor ) .Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) is one of the main chronic complications of diabetic mellitus.An increasing quantity of researches are published about the relationship of vitamin D and DPN .Many studies have reported that vitamin D may play roles in glycometabolism,oxidative stress,neurotrophy and vascular protection to partly prevent and slow the develop-ment of DPN.
