肿瘤转移抑制相关基因1与肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要

肿瘤是威胁人类生命的重要疾病之一,而转移则已成为肿瘤的重要致死原因,因此,与肿瘤转移相关的诊断、治疗及预后判断具有重要意义.肿瘤转移抑制相关基因1(TMSG-1),又称为人源性长寿保障基因2,是近年新发现的一种重要肿瘤转移抑制相关基因,其主要功效是正性调节细胞凋亡以及负性调节肿瘤细胞的侵袭及转移.多种肿瘤的发展均与TMSG-1基因的表达相关,尽早将其影响肿瘤发生、发展的机制研究透彻,对肿瘤的监测和治疗具有深远影响.%As is known to all,tumor has become an important disease,threatening human life seriously.Metastasis is the major cause of mortality in patients with tumor .Metastasis related factors are of great significance to the diagnosis ,treat-ment and prognosis of tumor .Tumor metastasis suppressor gene 1 ( TMSG-1 ) , known as homosapiens longevity assurance homologue 2,is a newly discovered gene associated with metastasis suppression ,the main function of which is to positively regulate apoptosis and negatively regulate tumor cell invasion and metastasis .Tumor development is associated with the expression of TMSG-1 gene,and thorough understanding on its influence mechanism of tumorigenesis is of far -reaching sig-nificance for the monitoring and treatment of tumors .
