两种不同手术方式治疗泪小管炎的临床疗效比较

摘要

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of partial anterior canalicular resection combined with silicone tube placement and lacrimal canalotomy for the treatment of lacrimal ductitis.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data which were diagnosed as lacrimal canaliculitis in Yongchuan Hospial of Chongqing Medical University from Oct.2009 to Jan.2017.There were 15 patients (15 eyes) underwent conventional lacrimal ductotomy ,and 19 patients (19 eyes) were with partial lacrimal duct anterior resection combined with silicone tube insertion.Postoperative follow-up was 6-12 months.Results The effective rate in the trial group was higher than that in the control group [94.7%(18/19) vs 60.0%(9/15)](P＝0.028).No recurrent cases were found in both groups during follow-up.Conclusion Partial lacrimal ductal resection combined with catheterization is a feasible method for lacrimal canaliculitis.%目的 比较部分泪小管前壁切除联合硅胶管置管术与泪小管切开术治疗泪小管炎的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2009年10月至2017年1月重庆医科大学附属永川医院眼科住院确诊为泪小管炎34例(34眼)患者的临床资料,根据手术方法不同分为两组:对照组15例(15眼)行传统泪小管切开术;试验组19例(19眼)行部分泪小管前壁切除联合硅胶管置管术.术后随访6～12个月.结果 试验组有效率高于对照组[94.7%(18/19)比60.0%(9/15)](P＝0.028).两组治愈者随访期间均未见复发病例.结论 与泪小管切开术相比,部分泪小管切除成形联合置管术治疗泪小管炎治愈率高,是临床治疗泪小管炎切实可行的方法.
