甲状腺功能减退症是由于甲状腺激素合成和分泌减少或组织作用减弱导致的全身代谢减低综合征.其发生与遗传、环境、疾病、药物等有关.因此,更多病因的发现有利于甲状腺功能减退症的早发现、早诊断、早治疗.甲状腺功能减退症的危害目前已被证实,其导致生长发育、智力发育、糖脂代谢、氧化应激、血压等异常,从而对人体的神经系统和血管功能产生影响.未来,甲状腺激素缺乏的危害及其补充是否能使神经系统和血管功能获益仍需进一步研究.%Hypothyroidism is a systematic metabolism decrease caused by the reduction in thyroid hormones synthesis and secretion or the hormone resistance of body tissues.Its occurrence is related to heredity,environment,diseases,drugs and so on.Therefore,the discovery of more causes is conducive to the early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment of hypothyroidism.The harm of hypothyroidism has now been confirmed,which leads to abnormalities of growth and develop-ment,mental development,glucose and lipid metabolism,oxidative stress,and blood pressure,thereby affecting the nervous system and blood vessel function of the human body.In the future,the harm of thyroid hormone deficiency and whether its supplementation can benefit the nervous system and blood vessel function still need further study.
