波形蛋白是一种重要的Ⅲ型中间丝蛋白,是细胞骨架的必需成分之一.其在不同的生理及病理状态下显现出复杂的生物学功能,如维持细胞完整性、调控细胞的黏附、迁移、细胞凋亡、上皮-间充质转化及血管生成等,且在创伤、感染、自身免疫及肿瘤侵袭转移等病理过程中均有波形蛋白参与.此外,波形蛋白与人类多种疾病的发生、发展密切相关.因此,进一步阐明波形蛋白与疾病的关系及相关作用机制,将为临床疾病的诊疗、预测及肿瘤的靶向治疗提供新思路.%Vimentin is an important type of intermediate filament protein of type Ⅲ and is one of the essential components of cytoskeleton. It shows complex biological functions in different physiological and pathological conditions, such as maintaining the integrity of cells and the regulation of cell adhesion,migration, apoptosis, epithelial mesenchymal transition and angiogenesis. And in trauma, infection,autoimmune,and tumor invasion and metastasis process,vimentin are all involved. In addition, vimentin is closely related to lots of human diseases. Therefore, further clarification on the relationship between vimentin and disease and related mechanisms,will provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis, treatment,prediction and targeted therapy of tumors.
