2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者降糖药物的应用进展

摘要

Diabetes is an independent risk factor for developing heart failure.Patients with type 2 diabetes have an increased risk of cardiovascular disease and increasd risk of heart failure and associated hospitalization rate,leading to an increase in case fatality rate of cardiovascular diseases.So,the selection of hypoglycemic drugs in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with heart failure is an important problem for the clinical workers.Currently,hypoglycemic agents include metformin,sulfonylurea,glycine,thiazolides,α-glycosylase inhibitors,dipeptidase-4 inhibitors,sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitors,glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists,and insulin.We need to further study the hypoglycemic drugs of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with heart failure in order to find safer hypoglycemic drugs.%糖尿病是心力衰竭发生、发展的独立危险因子.故2型糖尿病患者罹患心血管疾病的风险增加,且心力衰竭的发生风险及其住院率增加,从而导致心血管疾病病死率升高.因此,2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者降糖药物的选择是临床工作者面临的重要问题.目前,降糖药物包括二甲双胍、磺脲类、格列奈类、噻唑烷二酮类、α葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂、二肽基肽酶-4抑制剂、钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2抑制剂、胰高血糖素样肽1受体激动剂及胰岛素.临床上针对2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭的降糖药物需进一步研究,以期发现更为安全的降糖药物.
