食物过敏与呼吸道疾病相关性研究进展

     

摘要

近年来食物过敏已成为一个广泛存在的公共健康问题,患病率呈逐年上升趋势,因其引起的严重不良反应,人们对其关注度越来越高.婴幼儿是食物过敏高发人群,有效预防食物过敏的发生是回避饮食,而这在一定程度上将影响患儿生长发育及生活质量.随着对其研究的深入,不少学者提出过敏进程的观念,并认为食物过敏是过敏进程的第一步,即幼儿时期出现食物过敏,将来发生哮喘、过敏性鼻炎等疾病的可能性显著增加;而食物过敏与哮喘或过敏性鼻炎等疾病往往共存于同一个体,两者的共存是否相互影响,是否加剧疾病严重程度需更多研究证实.%Recently,food allergy has become a widespread common health problem,and the prevalence rate has been increasing year by year.Because its severe side effect,people are paying more and more attention to it.The infants are a high-risk group for food allergy,although avoiding allergic food is an effective way to prevent food allergy,it will affect chil-dren's growth and decrease quality of life,to some degree.With the development of research,many studies advocate that food allergy is the first step of atopic march,and the presence of food allergy in infants is related to the increased possibility of progression to asthma and allergic rhinitis in the future. Food allergy and asthma/rhinitis are always concomitant in one body;whether the coexistence of them influences each other and exacerbates the severity of disease is worthwhile for further studies.
