非创伤性股骨头坏死是骨科常见疾病,亦是骨科领域的一大难题.目前该病发病机制尚未确定,随着研究的深入,形成了多种学说,如细胞凋亡学说、脂质代谢紊乱学说、骨质疏松学说等.影响股骨头坏死的因素有很多,已知的因素有激素、酒精、吸烟等100多种,其中文献报道的引起股骨头坏死的原因有60多种.另外丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号通路、细胞外信号调节蛋白激酶信号通路等多种信号转导通路参与其中.这些信号通路具体作用机制仍在进一步研究中.%Non-traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head is not only a common disease in orthopedic surgery ,but also a major problem in the field of orthopedics .Its pathogenesis is not very clear .With the deepening of the research ,many theo-ries are formed,such as apoptosis theory ,disorders of lipid metabolism theory ,osteoporosis theory and so on .There are many factors that affect the necrosis of femoral head .There are more than 100 factors that have been known to affect the osteone-crosis of the femoral,such as hormone,alcohol,smoking and so on.And more than 60 causes of osteonecrosis of the femoral head have been reported by literature .In addintion,studies have found that mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway ,extra-cellular signal-regulated kinase pathway and so on are also involved .The specific mechanism of action of these signaling pathways is still under further study .
