新型免疫分子TIPE2在感染性疾病中的诊断价值及其与血清降钙素原相关性分析

摘要

目的：探讨新型免疫分子TIPE2在感染性疾病中的诊断价值及其与降钙素原的相关性分析。方法：选取重症监护室收治病人96例，其中PCT阳性即临床诊断细菌感染者60例，PCT阴性即无明显细菌感染者36例；同时选取40名健康人作为对照组，检测外周血单个核细胞中TIPE2的表达水平并分析与降钙素原水平的相关性。结果：重症细菌感染组TIPE2表达水平高于无细菌感染组和对照组（P<0.05），与PCT存在明显相关性；无细菌感染组与对照组相比，结果不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：新型免疫分子TIPE2与血清降钙素原联合检测可对细菌感染性疾病的临床诊断具有一定指导作用，两者水平在重症感染病人中呈明显正相关。%Objective:To evaluate the clinical values of TIPE2 for diagnosis of the infectious diseases. And to analyse the correlationship between TIPE2 and PCT. Methods:PCT was measured for 96 patients which were divided into severe bacterial infection group and non-bacterial infection group based on the level of PCT and clinical manifestations, and the 40 healthy persons as control. Finally we measured the levels of TIPE2 on PBMCs and analysed the correlation between TIPE2 and PCT in bacterial infection group.Results:The level of TIPE2 in severe bacterial infection group is higher than non-bacterial infection group and those in control group(p<0.05). There was a significant positive correlation of TIPE2 mRNA expression and PCT. Conclusions:TIPE2 has a important clinical guiding significance for the diagnosis of infectious diseases. Which indicates the TIPE2 may play a central roles in infection-related diseases.
