急诊生化标本检验结果回报时间分析

摘要

Objective:through the test of our department emergency biochemical specimens results of LIS system return time (TAT) analysis, to understand the time of day, each link in the case of TAT, for the optimization of the inspection department in the process, to provide an objective basis to improve the efficiency of. Methods:the laboratory LIS system derived emergency biochemical data samples, including the time of receipt, receipt time and report the audit time, for each time period TAT, and statistical analysis. The laboratory improvement measures before and after the specimen failure rate by chi-square test.Results:the emergency biochemical specimens unqualified peak rates for 8:00-10:00am and 10:00-12:00am, 1-6 months of 2012 and 2012 7-12 month emergency biochemical failure rate was 10.08%and 5.42%respectively.Conclusions:through the analysis of emergency biochemical samples for laboratory TAT time, continuous improvement to provide evidence, and improve work efficiency.%目的：通过LIS系统对我科急诊生化标本的检验结果回报时间（TAT）进行分析，了解一天中各时间段、各环节TAT的情况，为优化检验科内各环节的流程，提高效率提供客观依据。方法：利用实验室LIS系统导出急诊生化标本相关数据，包括签收时间、接收时间和报告审核时间，以获取各时间段TAT，并进行统计分析。对实验室改进措施前后的标本不合格率进行卡方检验。结果：急诊生化标本的不合格率的高峰时段为8：00-10：00 am和10：00-12：00 am，2012年1-6月和2012年7-12月急诊生化的不合格率分别为10.08％和5.42％。结论：通过急诊生化标本TAT时间分析，可为实验室持续改进提供证据，进而提高工作效率。
