2型糖尿病患者空腹胰岛素、糖基化血红蛋白水平与肥胖的相关性研究

         

摘要

目的:通过对我院2型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨2型糖尿病患者空腹胰岛素水平和糖基化血红蛋白与肥胖的相关性。方法:选择我院2015年6月-2016年6月收治的2型糖尿病患者60例,根据身体质量指数≥25kg/m2(肥胖)的标准进行分组,肥胖组30例,对照组30例,比较两组患者空腹糖基化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素水平、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血甘油三脂、血总胆固醇。结果:(1)与对照组相比,肥胖组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血甘油三脂、血总胆固醇、血清空腹胰岛素、空腹糖基化血红蛋白水平明显更高,数据比较差异具有统计学意义,<0.05。(2)空腹糖基化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素水平与身体质量指数呈正相关的关系。结论:2型糖尿病患者空腹胰岛素水平、糖基化血红蛋白与肥胖密切相关。%Objective: To retrospectively analyze clinical data of patients with type 2 diabetes and explore the correlation of the fasting insulin levels and glycosylation hemoglobin in type 2 diabetes with obesity. Methods: 60 patients with type 2 diabetes from June 2015 - June 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into two group: obese group and control, then compared glycosyla-tion hemoglobin, fasting insulin level, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high- density lipoprotein cholesterol, blood triglycerides and blood total cholesterol of the two groups. Results: (1) Compared with control, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high- density lipoprotein cholesterol, blood triglycerides, fasting insulin, fasting total cholesterol, blood plasma glycosylation of obesity group were significantly higher, the differences had statistically significance, <0.05. (2) The fasting hemoglobin glycosylation and insulin level were positively correlated with body mass index (bmi) . Conclusion:The fasting insulin levels and hemoglobin glycosylation in type 2 di-abetes were closely related to obesity.
