冠心病伴发2型糖尿病患者心率变异性分析

摘要

目的 观察冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者自主神经功能状态.方法 选择2005～2011年在我院行24h动态心电图检查的冠心病及糖尿病患者各30人,冠心病伴发2型糖尿病者30人,健康体检者40人,由计算机自动测出心率变异性时城各项指标.结果 冠心病患者或2型糖尿病患者心率变异性指标均低于健康对照组(P＜0.05),冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者心率变异性指标低于单一疾病者(P＜0.05).结论 冠心病合并2型搪尿病患者自主神经功能损害较重,发生恶性心血管事件几率较大.%Objective To observe the autonomic nerve activity of patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Conclusion The autonomic nerve activity damage of patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes is heavier, the occurrence of cardiovascular events are more likely.
