目的 目的 探讨聚焦超声联合壳聚糖治疗重度宫颈糜烂的有效性和安全性.方法 120例重度宫颈糜烂患者,按门诊号分为对照组和研究组,各组60例,对照组采用超声治疗仪治疗；研究组采用超声治疗仪治疗后,局部加用壳聚糖.30天后,对2组患者的疗效和术后不良反应进行观察对比.结果 研究组治愈率显著高于对照组(P＜0.01),研究组阴道排液时间明显低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 聚焦超声联合壳聚糖治疗重度宫颈糜烂具有疗效高、副反应低的优点,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To investigate efficacy and safety of focused ultrasound associated with chitosan for severe cervical erosion. Methods According to number of out-patient clinic. 120 patients with severe cervical erosion were divided into control group and study group. Study group received focused ultrasound associated with chitosan treatment and control group received only focused ultrasound. Therapeutic effect and postoperative adverse reaction of two groups were compared 30 days after treatment. Results Cure rate of study group was obvious higher than that of control group. Time of vagina apocenosis of study group was obvious lower than that of control group. Conclusion High therapeutic effect and low adverse reaction are achieved with focused ultrasound associated with chitosan to treat severe cervical erosion.
