目的 探讨高频彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值.方法 对经手术及病理确诊为乳腺癌的97例患者的临床资料进行回顾,分析乳腺癌的超声声像图特征,并将其结果与病理检查对照.结果 术前彩超诊断为乳腺癌86例,与术后诊断符合率为88.7％(86/97).典型声像特征:主要为低回声结节、形态不规则并伴有砂粒样钙化、后方回声衰减、向组织或皮肤呈蟹足样浸润、纵横径比值＞1、肿决内血流显示丰富呈高阻血流频谱.结论 高频彩色多普勒超声检查能够准确反应乳腺癌的特征表现,对乳腺癌具有重要的诊断价值.%Objective To explore the value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis ofbreast cancers. Methods The ultrasound imaging characteristic as well as the follow-up findings were made in 97 cases !Diagnosed with breast cancer after surgery and pathology and the results compared with pathological results. Results In 97cases, 86 cases were detected by ultrasonography and the accuracy was 88. 7% (86/197). 11 cases were misdiagnosed and the misdiagnosis rate was 11.3%. The typical imaging characteristics: mainly hypoechoic nodules. Irregular shape associated with sand-like calcification, posterior echo attenuation to the tissue or skin was Crab-like invasion, vertical and horizontal diameter ratio> 1, the tumor was rich in blood flow impedance within the blood flow spectrum. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasound can accurately reflect the performance characteristics of breast cancer, has important value in the diagnosis of breast cancers.
