目的 探讨综合管理对降低脊髓损伤病人压疮发生率的价值.方法 对61例脊髓损伤患者运用Braden 压疮评估表评估病人压疮发生的风险；制定程序化预防眷髓损伤患者压疮发生的方案；加强过程管理,落实护理措施,对患者及家属实施健康教育.结果 61例脊髓损伤患者截瘫指数平均3.52,Braden压疮评分平均10.14分,发生I°压疮2例,压疮发生率3.28％,与往年同期压疮发生率8.9％相比显著降低,远低于文献报道的脊髓损伤患者压疮24％～48％的发生率.结论 通过认真执行综合预防管理措施,可显著降低脊髓损伤病人的压疮发生率.%Objective To reduce the pressure sore incidence rate of 61 patients with spinal cord injury trough comprehensive management. Methods The risk of pressure sore was evaluated with Braden evaluation sheet. The standard schemes prevented the pressure sore from happening. Results 61 cases of patients with spinal cord injury showed an average value about 3. 52 for the paraplegia index, and 10. 14 for Braden evaluation. The incidence rate was 3. 28%, and showed significant reduction when compared with the former years (24%~48%). Conclusion Only carrying out the preventive management seriously can lower the incidence rate of pressure sores significantly.
