曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌症的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of LNG-IUS in treatment of adenomyosis. Methods 50 patients with adenomyosis were treated with LNG-IUS. The severity of dysmenorrheal, menstrual blood volume, endometrial thickness, uterine volume, hemoglobin and CA-125 were observed. Results After treatment of LNG-IUS, the dysmenorrhea was completely catabatic, the menstrual blood volume significantly reduced, the endometrium become thinner,and the uterine volume was decreased, hemoglobin increased and CA-125 decreased. Conclusion LNG-IUS is an effective and safe method in treatment of adenomyosis.%目的 探讨曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病的疗效和安全性.方法 观察50例子宫腺肌病患者放置曼月乐前后痛经程度、月经量、子宫体积,子宫内膜厚度、血清CA125、血红蛋白的变化.结果 放置曼月乐后痛经明显缓解,月经量明显减少,子宫体积减小,子宫内膜变薄(P＜0.01),血清CA125下降,血红蛋白上升.结论 曼月乐对子宫腺肌病的治疗安全有效,有较好临床应用价值.
