误诊为糖尿病足溃疡的黑色素瘤临床特点

肢端黑色素瘤作为黑色素瘤的一个亚型,有很高的误诊率和死亡率,本文总结了现有文献报道的被误诊为糖尿病足溃疡的黑色素瘤的临床特点,希望能给临床医师一些启示.在足溃疡的诊治过程中,如果怀疑有黑色素瘤的可能性,即使可能性很小也要做病理组织检查来明确诊断,以减少黑色素瘤的误诊率,从而提高患者的生存率.%Acral lentiginous melanoma is one type of malignant melanoma, and it is a common cause of misdiagnosis and mortality. Clinical characteristic of malignant melanoma misdiagnosed as diabetic foot ulcer was summarized to remind clinicians of misdiagnosis of malignant melanoma. The need for early biopsy of ulcer, even when clinical suspicion is low, cannot be overemphasized to reduce rate of misdiagnosis and improve survival rate in patients with foot ulcer.
