子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床应用

摘要

Objective To evaluate efficacy of uterine artery embolization (UAE) in treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods 32 cases of uterine fibroids were treated by bilateral uterine artery embolization. The preoperative and postoperative changes of blood follicle stimulating hormone, (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), hemoglobin (Hb) and fibroid changes were detected. Results Uterine fibroids after UAE was significantly reduced. Blood FSH, LH and E2 were obviously not occurring changes. Hemoglobin markedly elevated returned to normal. There was no severe complication happened. Conclusion UAE in uterine fibroids is a minimally invasive, safe and effective treatment methods.%目的 评价子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效.方法 对32例子宫肌瘤患者行双侧子宫动脉超选择性栓塞并检测术前术后血卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇及血红蛋白及肌瘤变化情况.结果 UAE后子宫肌瘤明显缩小,血卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇无明显变化,血红蛋白明显升高恢复到正常,无严重并发症发生.结论 子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤是一种微创、安全有效的治疗方法,值得临床进一步应用.
