下肢动脉步进DSA造影的优势

摘要

目的 探讨下肢动脉步进数字减影血管造影(DSA)较常规分段DSA的优势.方法 采用Seldinger技术经皮股动脉插管,对41例下肢病变患者分别行下肢动脉步进DSA16例和常规DSA25例后,对造影图像效果、造影剂的用量、患者所受X线照射剂量进行评价.结果 41例患者下肢动脉均获成功,造影图像质量优12例、良29例.下肢步进DSA具有完整的整体现、造影剂少、术中血管痉挛少、X线剂量低的特点.结论 下肢步进DSA在临床应用中较传统分段DSA在图像整体现、减少手术风险方面有明显的优势.%Objective To explore the advantages of the lower extremity artery with stepping angiography compare with the conventional segmentation DSA.Methods 41 patients intubated with Seldinger technique.16 patients underwent lower extremity arterial stepping angiography.25 patients were treated with conventional segmentation DSA.The contrast image effect, the amount of contrast media and X-ray irradiation dose received by patients were analyzed.Results 41 patients were successfulto examine, including angiography image quality excellent in 12 cases, good in 29 cases.Lower limb stepping angiography image features include: such images help doctors form the path of the overall concept of blood vessels, to avoid the conventional segmentation intubation may lead to vascular spasm, to reduced the contrast agent and X-ray dose received by patients.Conclusion In clinical applications, lower extremity arterial examination by stepping angiography has distinct advantage over conventional segmentation DSA imaging in such aspects of the overall concept of blood vessels and the risk reduction.
