老年人外伤性脑梗死的临床研究

摘要

Objective To explore clinical characteristics and treatment of traumatic cerebral infarction of senior.Method Clinical data of 25 senior patients with traumatic cerebral infarction were analyzed. Results After therapy,there were 9 cases with good recovery with GOS rating, 10 with cases light disablity, 3 cases with heavy disability, 1 case with vegetative state and 2 cases died. Conclusion According to the special conditions of the senior, we must take corresponding measures to increase the survival rate of the patients, and to reduce the complications and improve the prognosis.%目的 探讨老年人外伤性脑梗死的临床特点及治疗方法.方法 对25例老年外伤性脑梗死患者的临床资料进行分析.结果 治疗后出院时GOS评分:恢复良好9例,轻残10例,重残3例,植物生存1例,死亡2例.结论 针对老年人的特殊情况,治疗时一定要权衡利弊,多方面地去考虑问题.及时采取相应的措施,增加患者存活率,减少并发症,改善预后.
