Objective To study the clinic appraisal of urinary microalbumin (m Alb), β2-microglobulin (β2-MG),α1-micro-globulin (α1-MG) and N-acetyl- beta-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) on diagnosis of renal disease.Methods 238 cases were divided into kidney diseases and normal subjects.The urinary mAlb, β2-MG and α1-MG were measured with ELISA and NAG vwith PNP.Results The urinary mAlb, β2-MG, α1-MG of patients were significantly higher than that of healthy subjects(P<0.001).Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses showed that NAG and β2-MG were sensitive, whose odds ratios (OR) were 324.161(P<0.001)and 6.297(P=0.008), respectively.Conclusions Urinary NAG and β2-MG can be used as the sensitive indicates of the diagnosis of renal disease.%目的 探讨尿微量白蛋白(m Alb)、N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、α1-微量球蛋白(α1-MG)检测对肾脏疾病的临床意义,为临床诊治提供依据.方法 将238例受试者分为对照组和病例组,分别测定两组尿m Alb、NAG、β2-MG、α1-MG的含量.结果 与对照组相比,病例组尿m Alb、NAG、β2-MG、α1-MG排泄水平均有不同程度的升高,差异均具有统计学意义.Logistic回归分析显示,尿NAG和β2-MG检测的敏感性较高,OR值分剐为324.3161(P<0.001)和6.297(P=0.008),差异具有统计学意义.结论 尿NAG、β2-MG检谢对肾损害更具有敏感性,可作为肾损害性疾病的监测、疗效观察及预后判断的有效指标.
