老年性梅毒筛查阳性凝集试验复检分析

摘要

目的 探讨老年性梅毒酶联免疫吸附试验(ELlSA)筛查阳性患者再进行梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验(TP-PA)复检的价值.方法 对用ELlSA法筛查阳性标本进一步作TPPA检测,并对实验结果进行统计分析.结果 ELl-SA法检出56例梅毒阳性标本,TPPA法确证阳性37例.阳性符合率为66.07%(37/56),不符合率33.93%(19/56),为假阳性结果.结论 对于ELlSA法梅毒筛查阳性的标本,应用TPPA法进行确认,可以减少假阳性率误诊和提高梅毒的检出率和正确率.%Objective To explore the clinical value of senile syphilis screening by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) showed positive for further treponemapallidum particle agglutination assay (TPPA) reexamination.Methods All of these screening methods with ELISA positive specimens were further detected for TPPA.Results Among 56 specimens found positive for syphilis by ELISA method, 37 were confirmed positive by TPPA.Positive coincidence of two methods was 66.07％ (37/56).Conclusion TThe positive specimens by ELISA require confirmation with TPPA.In this way, the false positive rate and misdiagnosis can be reduced.
