Objective This study aimed at researching the effect of Y-box-binding protein-1 (YB-1) in cervical cancer tissue, and the relationship between YB-1 and cervical cancer. Methods We selected 46 cervical cancer's tissues to detect YB-1 expression with immunity histochemical method. All of them were verified by pathology. Results Higher expression of YB-1 was associated with an increased potential for relapse, poor disease-free survival, and reduced overall survival. Higher expression of YB-1 could be an independent risk factor for poor prognosis in patients with cervical cancer. Conclusion Our data show that cervical cancer patients with higher expression of YB-1 have poor prognosis and YB-1 may be independent prognostic factors of cervical cancer.%目的 研究YB-1在宫颈癌中的高表达与宫颈癌病人预后的关系.方法 用免疫组化方法,分析2002年1月～2009年1月经病理证实的46例宫颈癌标本组织中YB-1的表达,探讨YB-1与宫颈癌的关系,并用SPSS软件对结果进行分析.结果 YB-1高表达的宫颈癌患者复发率更高,并且有更短的无病进展期(P=0.035)和总的生存时间(P=0.013),多因素回归分析显示YB-1高表这是宫颈癌的独立预后因素.结论 本项研究中,YB-1高表达患者预后差,YB-1高表达可能是宫颈癌独立预后因素.
