住院医师信息素养与教学模式改革

         

摘要

Information literacy present situation investigation was made in residents, which indicated that the residents gained information through printed materials (25. 1%) and database (20. 1% ). 28% residents could use the advanced information search function. 85% residents judged the scientific, authenticity, feasibility and effectiveness of a-vailable information by subjective criteria, and 29.5% residents uses epidemiologic methods, statistical principles and model to judge. 50% residents incorrectly cited other results. Effect factors were analyzed and improved curriculum reform, constructed new residents-oriented information literacy model to enhance information literacy.%通过对住院医师信息素养问卷调查,发现通过纸质书刊和电子数据库获取信息的分别占25.1%和20.1%,仅有28%的人会使用高级信息搜索功能,85%的住院医师在获取信息后对信息的科学性、真实性、可行性及有效性判断仅凭自己的主观标准,而利用流行病学方法和统计学原理及模型进行判断的比例仅有29.5%,近50%的引用他人成果不规范.针对这些情况,提出加强住院医师信息素养能力培养,改革教学课程和教学方法,建立以住院医师为中心的信息素养培养新模式.
