Objective To investigate the clinical application of uterine arterial chemoembolization in the treatment ofuterine scar parts pregnancy. Methods 21 cases diagnosed asuterine scar parts pregnancy by color Doppler ultrasound and clinical diagnosis were included in the study. All patients underwent bilateral uterine artery infusion MTX20-100mgand uterine arterial embolization with gelfoam.and uterine curettage to be done after three to six days later. Results All patients had successful completion uterine arterial chemoembolization operations and uterine curettageoperations. All had no massive complications and less bleeding in postoperation. Conclusion Uterine arterial chemoembolization is safe and efficient methods in treatment of uterine scar parts pregnancy and worth of being generalized.%目的 探讨子宫动脉化疗检塞治疗癜痕妊娠的临床应用价值.方法 经临床及彩超确诊瘢痕妊娠21例,采用Seldinger技术经股动脉穿刺插管,分别将导管超选择至双侧子宫动脉,注入MTX 20～100mg,并注入混有抗生素的明胶海绵粒、条至子宫动脉血流明显变慢或停滞;术后3～6天在彩超引导行清宫术.结果 已出血患者,化疗栓塞术后出血停止；清宫术均取得成功,出血量少；未出现严重并发症.结论 子宫动脉化疗栓塞治疗癜痕妊娠安全、有效,值得推广应用.
