急性阑尾炎的超声图像特征与鉴别诊断

摘要

Objective To discuss the feature of sonogram on differential diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods The sonography information of 59 cases with acute appendicitis proved by operation and pathology were reviewed.Results 52 cases were diagnosed exactly by ultrasound,the accurate rate was 88.14％,10 cases were simple appendicitis,39 cases were diagnosed as suppuration appendicitis,5 cases were gangrene appendicitis,5 cases were appendicitis bases,7 cases were missed diagnosis,the rate of missed diagnosis was 11.86％ (52/59).Conclusion The expert technique of ultrasound and the application of different frequency sound wave can improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of acute appendicitis,it can provid objective evidence for clinical therapy.%目的 探讨急性阑尾炎的超声图像特征及鉴别诊断要点.方法 回顾性分析经临床手术和病理证实的59例急性阑尾炎患者的二维及三维超声检查资料.结果 本组59例急性阑尾炎的超声诊断正确者52例,准确率为88.14％,其中,单纯性阑尾炎10例,化脓性阑尾炎39例,坏疽性阑尾炎5例,阑尾周围脓肿5例；7例超声漏诊,漏诊率11.86％.结论 熟练的探查技巧,灵活应用不同频率的二维超声探查,结合三维立体成像可以提高急性阑尾炎的诊断准确率及鉴别诊断能力,为临床治疗提供有价值的依据.
